Adjacent to the main house there is a cinema/playroom with wonderful views overlooking the pond and a large infinity edge swimming pool that has a beautiful hard wood deck surrounding it. This can also be used as another guest house as it has a bathroom and space for a kitchenette. Behind this structure is a covered area for parking up to three cars.
The property also has a house for the caretaker with a living/kitchen area, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a large barn stocked with all the basic tools and equipment needed to operate the property including a new John Deere tractor, air compressor, and freezers. Integrated into the barn is a laundry room and a room for butchering meat. Additionally, the property has a Solar cooled food storage area as well as a small maid quarters. It also has a craft/workshop structure currently being used for pottery.
